Immediately after signing up, we get in touch with them to answer any questions they have and verify as much of their information as possible.We then match each referral with a New Brunswick Licensed REALTOR® who we believe is the best fit to help them. We select agents based on location, expertise, language preferences and other important criteria.After we have the vital information from the buyer or seller, we will contact you directly to see if the match is correct. Speed is important so we generally call you directly on the phone to make sure contact with the potential buyer or seller can be done quickly. At that point we will pass along the buyer or seller's contact information and your journey will begin.We receive typically 25-30% of the gross referred-side commission.We will periodically contact you after the match to see how things are progressing. Information like when you've spoken to the referral, met in person, listed their home or started going to home showings. We will be in contact of course -when you have a deal pending and closed.
